Pharmacological action
Oxy 5 Regular Strength Cover Up is an antimicrobial agent for topical use. It has an antimicrobial effect. This medication is active against gram-positive bacteria: Propionibacterium, Staphylococcus epidermidis.
Oxy 5 Regular Strength Cover Up has keratolytic action, improves tissue oxygenation, the process of granulation of ulcers of the lower extremities. This medicine reduces fat sebaceous glands of skin.
Oxy 5 Regular Strength Cover Up reduces the content of lipids and fatty acids, it has moderate desquamative effect reducing the appearance of comedones and Oxy 5 Regular Strength Cover Up.
Pharmacokinetics
For topical use Oxy 5 Regular Strength Cover Up is practically not absorbed. A small amount of this drug is absorbed by the skin. Oxy 5 Regular Strength Cover Up metabolized to form benzoic acid. Oxy 5 Regular Strength Cover Up excreted by the kidneys in the form of benzoate.
