Also this drug in tablets is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to Sumax or any of their components.
Sumax tablets are contraindicated in patients with severe hepatic impairment.

Sumax has been known to interact with Monoamine Oxidase Inhibitors and alcohol. Other drugs may also interact with this medication. Inform your doctor if you are taking any medications other than Sumax including over the counter prescriptions such as vitamins, minerals and even herbal products.
