Grifobutol is a cardioselective, beta-adrenoreceptor blocking agent, which possesses mild intrinsic sympathomimetic activity (ISA) in its therapeutically effective dose range. In general, beta-blockers reduce the work the heart has to do and allow it to beat more regularly. Grifobutol has less antagonistic effects on peripheral vascular ß2-receptors at rest and after epinephrine stimulation than nonselective beta-antagonists. Low doses of Grifobutol produce less evidence of bronchoconstriction than nonselective agents like propranolol but more than atenolol.
Depending on the reaction of the Grifobutol after taken, if you are feeling dizziness, drowsiness or any weakness as a reaction on your body, Then consider Grifobutol not safe to drive or operate heavy machine after consumption. Meaning that, do not drive or operate heavy duty machines after taking the capsule if the capsule has a strange reaction on your body like dizziness, drowsiness.
